// In his words

“I spent years working as an engineer in the oil and gas sector — the kind of operation where real money, real deadlines and real safety rode on things running right, day in and day out. I know how an industrial operation actually holds together, and where the repeatable work quietly piles up on your best people. Now I build a team of AI Assistants that takes that work off them — so the operation runs smoother and the experts get back to the work only they can do.”

I've done the grind myself

Before this, I worked as an engineer in the oil and gas sector — including at ExxonMobil and Phillips 66. It was hands-on, high-stakes engineering: solving hard technical problems on critical equipment, to tight deadlines, with real budgets and real consequences when something went wrong.

That's where I learned the thing this business is built on — that the people who run an operation are forever buried under the repeatable work around it. The quoting, the chasing, the scheduling, the reporting, the reordering. It's not the job; it's the tax on the job. And it lands hardest on your most capable people.

Why this, and why here

Across industry I kept seeing the same thing: capable operations held back by manual, repeatable process — work running on memory and goodwill, breaking the moment someone's stretched or away. The tools to fix it exist, but they're sold as software you're left to configure alone, which is just more work.

So I do it as a service. I sit down with you, map where your operation's time actually goes, and build a team of AI Assistants around how you already work — then I keep it running. Nobody manages software. Your people approve good drafts with a tap, and get their time back for the work that matters.

What that means for you

  • You deal with one accountable person who shows up in person — not an account manager or a ticket queue.
  • Your team is built by someone who's actually run demanding operations, not just configured an app.
  • Everything stays advise-and-draft — your people approve, and own every decision.
  • No jargon, no black boxes — you always know what each assistant does and what it's allowed to touch.

The name

A Munro is a Scottish mountain over 3,000 feet — climbed one steady, planned step at a time. Coastal roots, methodical ascent. No shortcuts, no hype, just steady progress you can measure.
