// The Week-Back Install™

30 days to put your repeatable work on rails.

One measured install, done in person. Week one we map where your operation's time goes; over the next three weeks we build your AI Assistant team around it; then we review what's changed and what to automate next.

// The 30 days

What happens, week by week.

One measured install, start to finish — so you always know what's happening and what comes next.

  1. Week 1

    The Time Audit

    In person, we map where your operation's time goes — every recurring task, who runs it, how long it takes, and where it stalls. You get the map either way.

  2. Week 2

    Build

    We design and install the core team — Inbox, Quoting, Scheduling, Meeting — wired into your existing systems. Drafts start coming through for approval.

  3. Week 3

    Tune & add the custom assistants

    We sharpen the drafts until they sound like your people, then add the custom assistants for whatever else your operation repeats most.

  4. Day 30

    The review

    We sit down and measure what's now handled, fix anything that needs sharpening, and agree the next procedures worth automating.

// Week one, plainly

First, we map where your operation's time goes.

Before building anything, Andy spends week one working out where your operation's time actually goes — the tasks, the hours, the hand-offs. No jargon, just a clear picture of the repeatable work, so we build the right team and know where automation will pay off first.

  • An in-person sit-down — at your site, on your schedule.
  • A simple map of your repeatable work and what it costs in hours.
  • Agreement on which procedures to take off your team first.
  • A clear picture of where automation will pay off soonest.

// What it costs

Scoped to your operation.

Every install is priced to exactly what it covers — agreed up front, before you commit. No software licences, no per-seat fees, no surprises. The Time Audit is where we work out the scope together.

The install

One-time, scoped

A one-time, scoped install of your AI Assistant team — the Time Audit, the build around your existing systems, and everything handed over to your people. You keep it all.

Keeper Plan — optional, from day 91

Optional, ongoing

  • Monitoring — we watch the team so you don't have to
  • Tuning — assistants kept sharp as your operation changes
  • A monthly in-person visit
  • Anytime phone support — Andy on the end of the phone whenever you need him

The Keeper Plan is optional and month-to-month — cancel any time and your team keeps running.

Two installs a month. In person. By the founder.

Every install is done personally by Andy, start to finish — so there are only two each month. When they're taken, you go on the list for the next.

// Questions, answered

Straight answers.

What if my team isn't technical?

That's rather the point. Your people don't touch any of it. Andy builds and wires everything; they approve drafts with a tap in the apps they already use.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep everything we built — the assistants, the setups, your private “Brain” profile. The Keeper Plan is optional and month-to-month, so you can stop it any time and the team keeps running.

Will the assistants do things without us?

No. By default every assistant drafts and a person approves. If, later, you want something to run on its own, that's your call to make — never ours.

Do you work with our existing systems?

Yes. The team is built around your inbox, calendar, scheduling and the tools you already run. Your people change nothing about how they work.

Is our data safe?

Least-privilege access, never used to train any model, a full audit log, a kill switch, and offboarding that deletes everything. The Security page lays out every commitment in plain English.

What does the Time Audit cost?

Nothing. Week one is a free, in-person look at where your operation's time goes — and where automation will pay off first. No obligation either way.

One week, in person, no obligation — we map where your operation's time goes and where automation will pay off first. If we're not a fit, you keep the map.
